Pasadena, California, USA (25 August 2016)

Bluebeam®, Inc., leading developer of annotation and collaboration solutions for the design, construction and Oil & Gas industry, is demonstrating how its flagship solution, Bluebeam Revu®, can improve project communication, increase quality, ensure accountability and save time throughout key Oil & Gas, chemical and engineering work processes at ONS 2016 in Stavanger, Norway, from 29-31 August.

As northern Europe´s largest and most important Oil & Gas and Energy industry event, ONS provides the space for professionals in the field to collaborate, debate and do business. More than 1300 exhibitors from over 35 countries will be taking part, sharing exciting innovations, smart solutions and new ideas.

Bluebeam makes smart, simple desktop, mobile and cloud solutions for paperless workflows that leverage the PDF format. Bluebeam will demo their latest releases, Revu 2016.5 and Revu Mac 1.5 at ONS, demonstrating new features and improved automation functions designed to empower communication and streamline workflows. Bluebeam’s innovative desktop, mobile and cloud-based solutions for PC, Mac and iPad push the limits of digital collaboration in the office and in the field, saving time throughout key Oil & Gas and chemical work processes such as drawing reviews, squad checks, line walks, leak tests, turnarounds and shutdowns.

Attendees can also learn about Revu’s integrated collaboration solution, Bluebeam Studio™, which allows users to view and annotate PDF documents at the same time, from a desktop, tablet or iPad, improving communication and reducing rework throughout all project phases. Bluebeam will also demonstrate the latest enhancements to Studio Prime, Bluebeam’s cloud-based collaboration solution for project administrators, including new automated folder functions to convert and process files automatically, saving hours of time-consuming administrative work.

‘We understand that Oil & Gas professionals have unique processes and needs, and Revu features custom tool sets designed specifically for technical professionals in this industry,” explains Christian Gren, Bluebeam Managing Director. “Whether your team needs to review drawings, such as P&IDs, BFDs and PFDs, electronically from a desktop, or upload work packs to a Windows tablet and perform line walks on the go, Revu can increase productivity and minimise paper usage with simple enhancements to their existing workflows.’

Gren will be joined at ONS by Mark Mcaulay, Bluebeam Sr. Account Specialist and Kristine Stene, Bluebeam International Marketing Manager, EMEA, to walk attendees through the ways of digitising their processes.

Bluebeam will be giving live demonstrations of Revu and Studio at stand no. 6910 in Hall 6. Take this opportunity to learn how to do line walks, leak tests, turnarounds and more operations with Bluebeam Revu on a desktop, tablet or iPad, and how to collaborate in the cloud through Bluebeam Studio with project partners from all over the world.
